It is a carpometacarpal dislocation of the last four rays. In the operating room under loco-regional anesthesia, and pneumatic tourniquet at the root of the limb, the patient benefited from a reduction with carpo-metacarpal plugging, supplemented by a plaster that the patient kept for 6 weeks.
