Nous rapportons une image scannographique d´un raccourcissement de la 4e tête métatarsienne, par soudure prématurée des cartilages de conjugaison, chez une jeune fille de 12 ans. Le scanner objective un raccourcissement de la 4e métatarsienne avec aspect aplati et tête élargi.
