We report the case of a 47 year old man presenting to the emergency room for intense acute headache associated with meningeal syndrome. The cerebral angioscan performed had shown two mirror aneurysms localized at the bifurcations of the sylvian arteries with meningeal hemorrhage and left frontal hematoma. Intracranial arterial aneurysms may be associated, hence the need to systematically search for other locations in case of intracranial aneurysm.
