Spondylodiscite brucellienne du rachis cervical

La spondylodiscite brucellienne touche rarement le rachis cervical. Nous rapportons des images IRM caractéristiques de cette localisation. L´aspect radiologique n´est pas spécifique. Le diagnostic de certitude repose sur la sérologie. L´IRM permet le diagnostic précoce, la recherche d´autres localisations et la mise en évidence d´une éventuelle complication.
