Nous rapportons le cas d´une jeune fille de 6 ans, avec notion de retard scolaire, qui s´est présentée a notre l´hôpital pour un œil rouge douloureux avec baisse de l´acuité visuelle, la meilleure acuité corrigée était à 1/10.
