We report a case of a 45-year-old-man, with no pathological history, who presented to the ophthalmic emergencies for a blunt ocular trauma of his right eye. The biomicroscopic examination after pupillary dilation of the right eye, found a circular pigment deposition on the anterior lens capsule. While posterior segment examination was normal. The Vossius ring is an impression ring, which can be found in case of ocular trauma. It corresponds to a circular or semicircular deposit of iris pigment on the anterior lens. The diameter of the circular corresponds to the pupillary diameter in the moment of trauma.
