Nous rapportons le cas d´un patient âgé de 19 ans, sans antécédents pathologiques notables, qui est adressé pour prise en charge de lésions iriennes de l´il gauche aprèsconstatation de l´augmentation de la taille d´une de ces lésions sur 4 ans. L´examen ophtalmologique a noté de multiples lésions
